These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of NationalOfficeTrailer.com (the “Site”), operated by National Office Trailer LLC (“National Office Trailer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational and referral website

The Site provides general information about mobile offices, portable classrooms, construction trailers, related products, and possible purchasing, rental, leasing, delivery, and installation considerations. The Site may also provide access to independently operated services that connect visitors with third-party suppliers.

Unless National Office Trailer expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative, National Office Trailer is not a manufacturer, dealer, seller, lessor, lender, insurer, contractor, installer, carrier, or guarantor of any product or service described on the Site. Site content is not an offer to sell or lease and does not create a contract for any product or service.

2. Third-party quote forms and communications

Quote-request forms displayed on the Site are third-party services hosted and operated by 360Connect LLC (“360Connect”). Information entered into those forms is submitted directly to 360Connect. National Office Trailer does not receive or store the personal contact information entered into the 360Connect form and does not call, text, or email visitors in response to a submission made through that form.

Submitting a quote request asks 360Connect to provide its matching service. Any resulting calls, text messages, emails, supplier matches, or other communications are made or arranged by 360Connect or participating third-party suppliers, not by National Office Trailer. The disclosures and consent language presented within the form, together with 360Connect’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, govern the submission and any resulting communications.

National Office Trailer does not control and is not responsible for 360Connect’s or any supplier’s collection, use, storage, disclosure, safeguarding, retention, or deletion of information; selection or matching of suppliers; communications; compliance practices; products; services; pricing; availability; representations; or conduct. 3. Independent third parties

360Connect and participating suppliers are independent third parties. Nothing on the Site creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, brokerage, or representative relationship between National Office Trailer and any visitor, 360Connect, or supplier.

National Office Trailer is not a party to any quote, negotiation, purchase, rental, lease, financing arrangement, delivery, installation, service agreement, warranty, or other transaction between a visitor and 360Connect or a supplier. Questions, requests, disputes, opt-outs, or complaints concerning a quote submission or resulting communication must be directed to the party responsible for that service or communication.

4. No guarantee or professional advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. Pricing, availability, specifications, dimensions, delivery requirements, installation requirements, permits, code requirements, accessibility requirements, financing, warranties, and supplier coverage may change and may vary by project and location. You are responsible for verifying all material information directly with the applicable supplier and appropriate authorities before making a decision.

The Site does not provide legal, financial, engineering, architectural, safety, code-compliance, permitting, tax, or other professional advice. No result, price, supplier match, financing approval, delivery date, installation outcome, or project suitability is promised or guaranteed.

5. Third-party websites and services

The Site may display, embed, or link to websites, forms, content, and services operated by third parties. Access to a third-party service is provided for convenience and does not make National Office Trailer responsible for that service. Third parties may have their own terms, privacy practices, security practices, and communications policies. Your use of a third-party service is solely between you and that third party.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, LINKS, EMBEDS, AND REFERRAL FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NATIONAL OFFICE TRAILER DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RELIABILITY.

National Office Trailer does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, current, or free of harmful components, or that any third party will respond, provide a quote, meet requirements, or complete a transaction.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONAL OFFICE TRAILER AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITY; OR CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO:

• use of or inability to use the Site;
• information or decisions based on Site content;
• a 360Connect form or other third-party service;
• collection, use, disclosure, retention, protection, or deletion of information by a third party;
• calls, texts, emails, advertisements, or other communications from 360Connect or a supplier;
• a supplier match, quote, representation, product, service, transaction, delivery, installation, warranty, or dispute; or
• unauthorized access, technical failure, interruption, or harmful code attributable to a third party.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONAL OFFICE TRAILER’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO NATIONAL OFFICE TRAILER FOR ACCESS TO THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with Site operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; use automated systems in a manner that unreasonably burdens the Site; impersonate another person; submit information without authorization; or use the Site to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and original materials are owned by or licensed to National Office Trailer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for personal or internal business evaluation. No other right or license is granted.

Third-party names, marks, content, forms, and services remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not transfer ownership or imply responsibility by National Office Trailer for the third party.

10. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless National Office Trailer and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your submission of information without authorization, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute is not subject to a controlling agreement with a third party, any legal proceeding concerning these Terms or the Site must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Marion County, Indiana, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.

12. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

National Office Trailer may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and changing the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and National Office Trailer concerning use of the Site, except for any separate written agreement expressly governing a specific relationship.
